Just a note to let you know that the little guys are doing great! Marty (Marbles) has become an eating machine. They are both thriving and are so much fun. They are smothered with love and are running the house. Have a great holiday and enjoy the video.

This lovely boy will be shown by Anita Young.
His dam is Susy's Black Pearl.
hi Susy!
It's been awhile since I emailed you, hope you are doing well!
I can't believe how fast the time went by, Havana is 5 years now but it feels like yesterday when I sat
glued to the computer trying to arrange everything so that I could adopt her to Sweden :)
She is doing good, we are traveling a lot together and she is my #1 companion, I can't describe how much I love her :)
regards, Magdalena

Meet Mya... She is out of Chili and Chucky 2009 litter.
Hi Susana
Thought we should let you know how Mya is doing. She is nothing but perfect. Very loving. Our 7 hour ride home was wonderful. She does not get car sick and seems to like to ride. She used a potty box on the way home and never had an accident. I stayed home with her the first week and we visited the vet, went shopping, ate at an outdoor restaurant one afternoon with my friends from work, had Thanksgiving with the families and then more shopping. She has met a lot of people and seems to like everyone - kids and all. She has not met any other animals. Waiting the second set of shots - this Thursday. Her ears are standing up now. I have attached a couple of photos. She will not get far enough from me for me to take pictures of her. She follows us everywhere in the kitchen, garage and outdoors. She is not allowed on the carpet because she thinks carpet is for peeing on. We are working on the potty training and she knows to go outside and will poop on the paper, but still having trouble with peeing on the paper. Sometimes she does, sometimes she does not. We weighed her on the kitchen scale and the best we can tell she has gained 2 ounces. She looks bigger to me, but that could be because of her ears standing up. We have never had any problems with her eating or being alone. She did howl a bit when we first left home, but soon quieted down and now does not even look up from the toys when we leave for work. She seems to know what we want of her. If we are in someone's house and have to hold her, she quietly plays in your lap or sleeps. If you take her outside, she runs and runs and runs. She likes to play ball. She has a cat sized tennis ball that she can carry around and will often bring it back to you for you to roll it again. We have been very busy with family stuff and really have not had time to take pictures. Bill did video her getting her bath and playing a few times in the yard, but no good photos yet. I am hoping to get some this weekend. Oh... best of all, she likes to lay on my shoulder while I am on the computer, like she is right now. And she finally barked today. That was the first we heard her bark. Very cute. We want to thank you for such a sweet puppy. We never dreamed a puppy could be as lovable as she is. Of course she is a lot of work, but the enjoyment out weighs the work 100 times over. She is just perfect.
Again, thank you so much,
Carol & Bill Whitehead

Hi Susy!
Here are some pictures taken tonight of our pretty boy! We have changed his name from Comet to "Samson." It took us a week to all agree on his name, but we think that it fits him. He has a ton of personality in that tiny body! I hope you enjoy them. You can see that he has grown!!
Thanks!
Janet McLendon
Hi!
I thought that you might like to see how Samson (aka "Comet") is doing at 6 months of age.
He is growing such a beautiful coat. It is getting longer and thicker every day! He is such a happy boy, and he loves everyone!!! We is such a great addition to our family!
Thanks so much,
Janet McLendon

Hi Susy, My name is Ana. About a year ago, my husband Carlos & I adopted a long- hair female you had named Fancy (out of Fingers and Levi). We re-named her Chloe and we absolutely love her! We have been keeping track of your website because we always wanted to adopt another Chi from Susy's Chihuahas after having such a wonderful experience with Chloe. I am attaching a few pictures of her so that you can see she is very happy, very healthy, and extremely loved.

UPDATE: Fancy & Goldie
Hi Susy, Just writing you a note to let you & your family know that Goldie is doing great. We absolutely LOVE her. She is so well behaved and so sweet. It took her a little time to get to know us, but now she will jump right up into our laps and nuzzle our faces. Carlos & I love it when she nearly closes her eyes when we've been petting her for a while. You can tell she's really at peace with us and in her new home. Chloe has acted a little bit jealous, but I think she knows Goldie isn't going anywhere! It's funny to see Goldie snarl a little at Chloe; she has never bitten her and they haven't gotten rough with each other, but you can definitely tell in their temperament that Goldie (at being the older dog and having had a few litters) is a LOT more mellow than Chloe is, and she lets her know! Too cute. We had Goldie spayed nearly a month ago, and once they had her in surgery, there was a minor complication: there were adhesions between her reproductive system and her abdominal wall and intestines. The vet told us it sometimes happens to dogs when they have litters, but thankfully it wasn't anything they couldn't handle, and she has done beautifully since then. She loves going on car rides with us or even on long walks with me. And she is fabulous on leash! (Chloe still pulls a lot, but we are working on it.) Overall, we couldn't be happier with our sweet new girl. We truly love her. Anyway, here's a picture of the girls and another of me and the girls taken a couple of weeks ago. Susy, thank you so much for our girls! We are very grateful. The temperament and overall health of these dogs is just amazing. Thank you :-) Ana, Carlos, Chloe & Goldie Vazquez

Hi Susy!
We made it back to Clearwater safe and sound! Cash was great on the trip……no problems at all! The initial meet and greet with all the dogs here went super….. Cash is already a member of the pack! I’ll send you some pictures tomorrow. Right now the pack needs a walk. HAPPY EASTER!

Update: June 2011
Hi Susy....people ask us all the time how Cash and Max, our 100 pound mixed-breed, get along.
The proof, as they say, is in the pictures! And this happens several times a day. So, yes, they get along quite well!

Hi Susy!
It has been a few months but I wanted to say hi and let you know Evan is doing so great! He is now almost 5 months old and just hit 3 lbs. He is the sweetest puppy and everyone that meets him falls in love with him. We had some pro pics taken of him and these are a few that the photographer sent me, just as a teaser but I wanted to share them because I think they are so cute! When we get the actual pictures I will sure to email you some!
Have a fantastic Monday and a great Thanksgiving holiday!

Hi Susy,
I don't know if you remember me, but I bought a black long haired chihuahua named Boomer from you back in Oct of 2007. I just had to tell you what an amazing dog he's turned out to be. We've renamed him Scurvy and he is literally the light and joy in my life. I have lots of photos if you ever want to see. I just had to tell you how happy I am that I found your site when I did. I'm happy to see that you are still breeding in case I get an itch for a new pup, although my fiance would kill me lol.
Hope you are doing well!
Candice :)

Dear Susy,
We just wanted to let you know that Luna is doing very well. Natalie renamed her Bella. She is absolutely precious. She adjusted to being with us after just a couple of days. She is eating well and enjoying being adored by everyone. She is so smart. We are so impressed by the great care you had obviously shown her. She is very, very loving. Hope you are doing well. Thank you for the great addition to our family. We really love her.
